Challenge

E.ON SE coordinates hundreds of external service providers within agile tribe structures. Days worked, capacities and availabilities were spread across parallel systems — with no standardised reporting and no reliable data foundation.

The real issue: the data existed, but there was no interface that made it usable for decision-makers.

Solution

Designdialog developed an internal time-tracking web app—tailored to the requirements of E.ON SE. With UX/UI design that works equally well for external and internal users: intuitive, accessible, scalable.

The result: a dashboard that translates complex capacity data into clear, decision-relevant overviews—service days per squad and tribe, on-site and off-site proportions, and company-wide real-time reporting at a glance.
