Dermatology is built on trust. At the same time, patients searching online are usually not looking for lengthy explanations, but quick answers: How can I book an appointment? Do I need a referral? What does an initial consultation cost? What happens during skin cancer screening? The challenge was to bring together medical credibility, a personal approach and organisational clarity in one cohesive presence – clear, high-quality and without distance.

There was also the task of making the practice’s broad range of services visible: from medical care and preventive screening to cosmetic treatments such as AquaFacial. The relaunch therefore needed not only to inform, but to provide orientation, build trust and clearly define its positioning as a private practice offering individual care.

The new website consistently structures its content around patients’ needs. The practice’s positioning is clear from the outset: personalised care, advisory support alongside people, and a commitment to making skin health and wellbeing visible.
