The Realistic Vision (In-house)

Visions rarely fail because of a lack of ambition. They fail because people do not believe in them or do not know what they should do differently tomorrow morning. In VUCA environments, teams and leaders need both: a vision that is big enough to move people, and concrete enough to act on. This course works through exactly this paradox and uses creative scenario methods to develop visions of the future that genuinely activate people.
