The realistic vision

Visions rarely fail because of a lack of ambition. They fail because people do not believe in them, or do not know what they should do differently tomorrow morning. In VUCA environments, teams and leaders need both: a picture that is big enough to move people, and specific enough to act on. This course addresses exactly that paradox and uses creative scenario methods to develop images of the future that genuinely prompt action.
